Datuk Dr. Ahmad Khairuddin Bin Mohamed Yusof is a Senior Consultant Cardiologist specializing in Cardiovascular Imaging and Interventional Cardiology, with extensive qualifications and international research experience.
Datuk Dr. Ahmad Khairuddin bin Mohamed Yusof is a Senior Consultant Cardiologist and Clinical Director of Cardiovascular Imaging. His expertise lies in Cardiovascular Imaging and Interventional Cardiology, with a particular focus on Nuclear Cardiology Imaging and Cardiac Computed Tomography Analysis, as well as Invasive Coronary Intervention procedures. Dr. Ahmad Khairuddin holds an M.D. from Malaysia and a Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) from Malaysia. He further advanced his expertise as a Research Fellow in Cardiovascular Imaging at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, USA. In addition to his medical qualifications, he has achieved the CITA-A Business Architecture certification from IASA. He is recognized as a Fellow by several prestigious organizations, including the National Heart Association of Malaysia (FNHAM), the European Society of Cardiology (FESC), the American College of Cardiology (FACC), and the Asia Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology (FAPSIC). These fellowships reflect his commitment to excellence and leadership in the field of cardiology. Dr. Ahmad Khairuddin is an active member of the Malaysian Medical Council and is registered as a Specialist in Cardiology and Internal Medicine in the National Specialist Register, Malaysia. He is also affiliated with multiple international professional societies, such as the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC), the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE), the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT), the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging (SCMR), the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and the Society of Cardiovascular Imaging Malaysia (SCIM). Throughout his career, Dr. Ahmad Khairuddin has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing cardiovascular medicine through both clinical practice and academic involvement. His international research fellowship and multiple professional memberships underscore his dedication to staying at the forefront of cardiovascular imaging and interventional cardiology.
